However, we understand that issues may arise, and your needs or situations may evolve. To address these concerns, we offer our "Peace of Mind" 30-Day Return policy to provide you with reassurance.
Please follow these steps:
1. Box up your product, with all its included components, in its original packaging and documents.
2. Ship it back via your choice of carriers, preferably with a tracking number.
3. Ensure that all spare parts and included components that were shipped with your product are enclosed; returning incomplete products typically leads to partial refunds.
4. You are accountable for the costs associated with return shipping.
5. It is advisable to utilize a traceable shipping method for your return and to purchase additional insurance from the shipping provider if the value of your package exceeds €100.00 EUR.
6. You must have an Invoice# to return any product. Packages will be refused if there is no Invoice number on the outside of the box.
7. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days following the receipt of your returned item.
8. The refund will reflect the actual purchase price and will be issued through the original payment method, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
9. While restocking fees are uncommon, you will be informed if they are applicable during the return procedure.
10. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and include all components and documentation.
11. Please note that paintball equipment and consumable items are non-returnable. Additionally, custom orders, special orders, and clearance items cannot be returned.
